For bookings made over the phone, full payment is required when placing your order. We use Square for secure payments over the phone.

We recommend ordering at least 72 hours ahead to ensure the freshest ingredients and availability for your fuss-free catering. Amendment Policy
We will always do our best to accommodate changes in your order.
Amendment changes will need to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booking. We cannot guarantee changes can be made to your order after the minimum requirement has passed.

Can I have my order delivered cold?
Yes, you certainly can have your mains and sides delivered cold. Everyone has a different preference for how they would like their order. Some customers choose to take their orders cold and reheat it when all of their guests have arrived. Please advise if you prefer your order cold when placing your order.

Cancellation Policy
The Puffin Chef requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your order. The Puffin Chef reserves the right to refund only 75% of your order when your order is cancelled.
If your order is cancelled later than the 48 hours notice required, NO REFUND will be issued.
